Individual Coaching Sessions

A Holistic Coaching approach recognizes that health and overall well-being depend upon many life factors including how you may be nurturing and energizing yourself with relationships, personal purpose, work or career goals, sleep, and stress management, in addition to the foods and liquids we consume. I specialize in helping people who are feeling stuck in limiting patterns or behaviors.  Coaching allows you to focus on your most important challenges in private one-on-one sessions.   

This service combines reflective learning exercises and science-backed strategies to explore existing thoughts, perceptions and habits to help you adapt and thrive during times of change.  Coaching includes a variety of tools and practices (including personal dialog, mindfulness meditations, acupressure, vibrational sound therapy, essential oils, and breathwork) that enlist all your senses to empower change and transformation. The goal is to recognize old patterns that no longer serve you so that you can replace those old routines with healthier practices.

Aetna recently found that employees who took part in a mindfulness program had on average a 28% decrease in stress levels and a 20% improvement in sleep quality.  We want our people and our teams to show up feeling empowered, confident and healthy so they can perform their best and feel free to let their most creative thoughts and solutions flow.

Yoga and Meditation practices help to create happy, healthy and well-balanced individuals. When individuals and teams learn to practice mindful techniques together, it supports a culture of trust, and enhances communication and deep listening.  I provide training sessions that can not only enhance individual health and wellness, but also create adaptive and more connected teams.  Happy and healthy individuals lead to teams, communities, and companies that are socially aware, adaptive to change, and able to thrive on teamwork and innovation.
